Let's liven up this place, and has some conversation. It might give some modders or future modders ideas, or motivation, or both.

I've been modding some games in my past ( Prince of Persia, age of empires II ), and I've tried to make a mod for Dink ( I'll do it one day, some day ). Making mods requires a lot of time and effort, 'specially for this game (all that hardness, all those scripts). After finishing my latest mod for 'Prince', I've naturally uploaded it to the ether. It took me 3 months, a mod with just basic changes, but it feels good to make something. Effort took to make it, and the output of the community with comments and excitement is in balance. Carmic circle closes, cosmic equilibrium is achieved etc...

So how modders in here feel about their effort invested in a mod? Is it worth it, or you just want to brutally murder everyone on this site, but then realize that you can't, which gets you even angrier, causing you to fall in deep depression, which forces your parents to call psychiatrist, because you haven't left the room for 2 months, who then subscribes you some heavy drugs, and 24 hour surveillance in the nearest asylum, causing you to freak out even more and successfully remove your straight jacket, overpower the guard, get to the patient archive room, where you find a computer, delete your medical files, and in that folder install the original Dink Smallwood and spend the rest of your life beheading ducks?
