This is one of the (if not the) first files from the Dink source. The windowed mode comes in handy a lot, especially during developement. This is helpful because I can speedily switch between notepad and Dink. The other feature is 32-bit colored. This gives me extreme flexibility, and I am making my DMOD with it. The graphics I am doing for this DMOD are much more vivid and detailed than 256-color. A disadvantage, however, is that it doesn't support monochrome bitmaps (I have a few shadow graphics). This doesn't affect the rating very much, because the size of an 8-bit bmp is only slightly larger than a monochrome one. Another bug I noticed is when playing Friends Beyond 3: Legend of Tenjin, the fading didn't work. Because of this I lower the score slightly
It serves its purpose very well, 9.7/10
