That doesn't make much sense Either way, you should install Japanese support for your OS. It's pretty easy in Windows, you should be able to find heaps of tutorials on that just using the first few results google yields.
I can type it by using the language bar of Windows XP. In your taskbar there should be a small indicator that tells you which language you're currently using. For me it's NL because I use a Dutch XP. After you've installed Japanese support you can change that to JP. The language bar will give extra options after that, such as selecting the kind of input you want. I used hiragana. Then just type as you would type in romaji.
