I tried the patch too and the game still crashed when talking to people and selecting the option "is there any trouble in town". But as Ric said to me, you can play the game without those people. Also I'm happy he made the patch. I finished the game in all possible ways. Thx Ric for this great Dmod.

Also I discovered a bug/cheat : when you reached level 8 as a fighter you can continue talkign to Aaron and he keeps giving you defense potions.
