Actually, it is a lot more complicated than that. Space starts behaving like time, so you can only move 'inward' just like time moves only forward. That is why you can't escape. There literally is no direction that points out. while on the other hand, time starts behaving like space. But what the duck does that even mean, or look like, is beyond me.
