I'm Having trouble thinking of a storyline for my d-mod

Dink is telling bad jokes in a cursed field. His aunt is courted by a phantom pirate. With the help of a mute pig, he must risk life and limb in battle in order to save his lover, even if it means dying.

I think you're on to something with that, however the pirate seems two dimensional and generally unbelievable. Perhaps try adding a back story?

Dink becomes evil, maybe power goes to his head or something.

Possible endings could be:
He sees the error of his ways
He rules the world
He destroys the world
He gets killed by some hero
He trips over a pillbug and breaks his neck
He wakes up in a mental hospital
He gets caught by King Daniel's knights
He spends the rest of his life in a mudhole hiding from King Daniel's knights
Et cetera.

how about having dink turn evil after getting laughed at by the world for having children with a duck? (Mistery Island)

Here's the best story so far:

One day, this very unimaginative guy named "EvilDink2" registered for the Dink Network forums. He goes around talking about Worms Armageddon and asking for storyline plots. Most others joke, and he thinks they're being serious. Then, Dink rides his rainbow pony in and slashes his Lightsaber at EvilDink2. EvilDink2's head comes off, and Dink is a hero that everybody loves. Then he goes on a massive cutscene rampage and kills everyone.

Good, no?

rofl... I think I might actually take that as a part of the story in my very first game xD got holes in the storyline and some forum humour's always granted ain't it? =P But, that is for after I finish reading that DinkC reference file...
