3. You may NOT vote for your own file. (Well you can, but the vote does not count)! Why? Cause I said so

Wasn't the winner already chosen? I'm confused. Pointless pointless, weird weird, pointless pointless... Everything happens the same day and we don't get to vote and staff gets and now we get to vote and suddenly the D-Mods are out for us to play (more D-Mods than I expected) and... you get the point, which is, WTF IS GOING ON AROUND HERE!? I'M AWAY FOR ONE DAY AND... AND--- AND.
Too many D-Mods... So much blood... Too much to handle!
There were going to be two contests, it was mentioned in the original announcement. One is a "normal" contest which are these results and the other is a vote by everyone else, similar to the RRR. Play 'em all and vote for which one you liked most

The blacksmiths trail for m'e thank you very much.
...Just finished playing them all! I really liked Knight Soup, but The Blacksmith's Trail was just plain awesome. I especially liked the end boss, he was cool .
So, as you've probably guessed, my vote goes to that (The Blacksmith's Trail).

One contest - just an additional vote for the forum to choose its fav dmod without the constrictions of the criteria for the contest like the judges had So its what the community thinks is the best.
Can I vote Robj's I will survive (the carnage)?
It's too early for me to place votes yet, but I really enjoy your D-Mod so far, JugglingDink. Very nice scenery and I got a huge déjà vu when I got to the dungeon part, as I worked on something similar back in 2009 (sadly I didn't have the motivation to finish that mod...). A really enjoyable D-Mod so far and I love how you use jumps between different platforms.

For me, the power of blood is first. Really nice to play, with a story that makes me want to see what happens next. Second is knight soup, which was also nice, but the storyline didn't grip me. Third is the DDC, which was a bit short and really without any story. Last is Snoresville which also didn't have a real story, but didn't have much map details either (not even things around the map which made sense to not walk through).
I didn't rate the blacksmith, because it was unplayable on my system (Debian GNU/Linux with freedink). Somehow the colours of all original graphics are wrong. No matter if I put it in full colour or palette mode, it was just wrong. Since it was the judges favourite, I find that a pity. It must be good...

Yes
For the account, I think I'll go to the meeting later this month and nag people there.

Good man, shall we add your case to the agenda? The next opening for a new item is following discussion of the release date for Necromancer. Thats tomorrow so you dont have to wait too long ok
Really a d-mod being released wow joyest accession this hardly ever happens .
shevek : remove tiles/ts01.bmp from the D-Mod and everything will be fixed.
Marpro replaced this picture (which is the reference palette for the game) with a 24bit BMP rather than the normal 256 colors.
How does this game run in Dink v1.08 and Dink HD?

Honestly, all of them D-Mods kinda disappointed me.
Honestly, it's not the authors' fault. You just can't create anything decent out of such a bad contest idea.
Power of Blood - It was the only good one.
I declare the winner of the contest! Even though it wasn't in the contest at all.
NINE days left to vote people!! Don't forget what with the Meet in the Netherlands an all - if you want your fav to win - vote for it
One more day to vote people - then I better start thinking about prizes huh )

Prizes/certificates will be sent out to the addresses as PM'd to me earlier, within the next month or so. Again Congratulations to you all and thanks to staff for allowing and supporting me to run this contest. GROUP HUG

Possibly the LAMEST conceivable way to end a carnage contest.
Congratulations to the winners, though, the best dmods won.
