Ooh, I loved this absolutely great tutorial. It's easy to understand even for the newbies. Before I didn't have a clue how to make shadows for Dink graphics, but in this it's so clearly showed, that I learned the trick immediately. A must for people who aren't graphics wizards and have only Paint.
This file explains how to make a non animated graphic for a D-mod, and how to add a shadow to this new sprite. Every step is very well described in plain language so it is easy to understand. With every step an example is given so the only thing you have to do is follow what is showed. There are several useful tips too. The only thing I missed is applying the Dink Palette.
This is the best graphical tutorial ever. It makes it so easy to create good-looking graphics. I'm no graphical genius, heck, my computer graphic development knowledge is limited to Paint. Which is great, because that's what it uses. It has step-by-step instructions, plenty of screenshots, and is explained so well that even a total graphical twit like myself can do this. If you're developing a mod, or even thinking about it, you should definitely take a look at this.
This is a great tutorial. It achieves exactly what it sets out to do in a clear and concise way. Step by step instructions for creating graphics without any fancy programs. Easy to understand with great results. Loved the shadow - got the angle just right.
Now there's no excuse for people not putting new graphics in DMODs.

To be quite honest, I actually thought this tutorial was pretty cool. The step by step intructions easily show how to do what, an when to do them. The final outcome "statue of liberty" actually turned out very well, and can be easily mae, with this tutorial. Although it only explains simple gaphics, I would reccommend it to beginners without paint shop pro and photoshop etc.
