Hmmm, I think you need to have a certain magic level or at least have learnt the magic that teleports you... but I can't be 100% certain

I have the transporter magic but need to find the soothsayer in the wicked forest any clues Simon? or anyone?

He appears in the middle of the stonehenge like monuments you have to enter from the very top of the wicked forest between two big trees.

I spent 1/2 hour walking around that place, 'till I found the entrence. It's well-hidden under those trees.
