I have a tear stone from the fountain - three, actually (it repeats itself =P) but when I talked to the ogre head I can't insert the tear stone. Also, the paperweight is still a paperweight, even if i talk to the ogre first... help?

actually, i found the other tear stone (looks exactly like my others...) so now I have four tear stones (great!), but I can't figure out how to place them in the ogre head. help?

You can't do anything with the paperweight. You must talk to the ogre statue and place both tears at the same time. If it doesn't work, it may be a bug, so don't talk to the fountain more than once. If you have more than two ogre tears, you might not be able to place them, and in this case, you're stuck. You'll have to load an older saved game.

Ooh, that is a ruinous bug - thanks for reporting it, you shouldn't have been able to get more than one from the fountain. Getting more than two ogre's tears will prevent you from getting past the ogre's head. Reloading an older save would be your best bet.
