So looking forward to play it but a shame it bee near the end of the week the earliest I can(contest )
Congratulations to Skull for finishing this strongly awaited d-mod!
Yeah well, sadly this long-awaited D-Mod has one crucial bug I noticed yesterday. Currently, you are unable to complete the game. I have already fixed this and will probably upload a fully functional version tomorrow. Until then, this is more like a preview demo.
So yeah, sorry. My fault.

Thankfully, I'm gonna be able to upload the fixed version before anyone gets to that point. People will just have to remember to copy their save files.

I think if you install a new version of a D-Mod it just overwrites any files already in the directory and will leave saved games and any other extra files intact, so there's no need to do anything other than install it through DFArc as normal.
Haven't actually tested that for certain though

Perhaps. I am not entirely sure.
Anyway, I feel like dumb shoot after this. Hopefully there aren't any more critical errors in the game. I already feel like I didn't learn anything from the time I had to upload ten different versions of HH1 in one day.

I thought that's what the patches were for, to...y'know, patch things? I'm not sure what exactly the difference is on the Dink Network, but I seem to remember a discussion about it that said that patches were new versions for people who didn't want to start over.
I don't know what the patches are exactly, but I do know they don't work properly. Upload one and it doesn't show up in the pending files, so there's no way to approve it.
And I just tested what I said before by putting a bit of extra text in the readme and making a save game before downloading a new version - the readme was replaced and the save game was intact, so it's fine.
Makes sense really, since installing is nothing more than just unpacking a zip.

Don't beat yourself up over it Skull - I totally get why they happen.
Even tripple A titles have these kind of bugs lately. Some of those games (... Mass Effect) even patch the ending >_>
Thanks guys. The fixed version is up for download now.
So it begins...
Have fun buying elixers! You need those sonuvapeaches.

That was just some really crappy fan service, though. All the OUTRAGE!! had already died down by the time they released it, too. (And no one basically cares anymore. New endings? Oh, I guess I'll watch those on youtube)
