The Dink Network

I'm creating a developement file that allows you to have armour slots in your D-Mod as well as the regular Magic and Items. Currently it removes one column from the Items and turns it into Armour slots.

There are a number of scripts involved, I will probably include a readme file explaining which ones to copy into your D-Mod.

Current Status: Pending acceptance by staff

Will the armor be visible on dink when equiped?

That is what I am wondering. And will there be a problem with the Dink's Engine not allowing more than one type of Armor on at a time? Like bottoms, tops, shields, ect. ?

Not really. It depends on what the effects of the armor are. If it's just raising your defense the dinkengine has nothing to do with it, it's simply a matter of creating the inventory / item management system with scripts.

And I highly doubt anything visual will change, it's just a lot of extra graphics to make, about 500 I believe.

Currently, you are allowed multiple items of the same kind, though I do plan on changing that soon. And no, I cannot be bothered adding graphics for Dink equiping them, just pretend that he wears his armour under his clothes...

I think it would be awesome to have different armor graphix built in the scripts to the armor files so they appear on Dink.
Dink would look awesome in Mytril Plating.

That sounds real cool I would definitely use it...

Would also be cool if u could make a read-me explaining what to do to use it in your Dmod and how to edit it for your own use...
