Please...
...get professional help... soon. Obviously chatting in a public forum with assorted well meaning Dinkers is not making things better.

Talk to the person who prescribed it for you.

>You know, it's weird to be me. I aspire for greatness, but don't do much for it.

You are obviously a person whose contributions here at the DN are significant and useful, so I'm sure you could contribute to some other venture that would fulfill you more too. But, to (attempt to) answer your question, greatness requires you to work hard (ideally at something you love, which always makes it easier) and service to others. You clearly have both of those within you or you would not be worrying about this matter so much.

> I'm not satisfied with my situation, and I always want more. I want to change the world, but I doubt I'm capable. I want to ask something: how far would you be willing to go in order to achieve a goal?

I'd say go as far as it takes to achieve that goal without compromising your sense of morality and ethics.
