On the sequel, Mystery Island, I need help destroying the cameras. I never seem to be able to destroy them fast enough. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.
AFAIK, there is no way to slow down the timer or make it easier any way. Just try to memorize the locations of the cameras and destroy them as quickly as possible. You'll get it eventually. Or do it my way, go to the editor and put sprites with the "s3-cam" -script somewhere near and destroy them (not recommended, as it's quite harsh cheating)
There's a certain order you have to destroy the cameras in to be on time. Try to find the fastest way.
heya plzzzz help meee....

You're better off figuring out the order than cheating.
Indeed. Just check where the cameras are in the village, and make sure to punch through them in an order that doesn't require you to run around needlessly. After that, head west of the village, and destroy those cameras.
It's quicker and easier than figuring out the editor enough to cheat.

I had trouble too but figured my computer was too fast so copied the files to an old one and played that bit there and I had plenty of time heh... so many solutions
Do you mean it was counting down the time too fast? Maybe that would explain my trouble with that part. I thought my computer was too slow and Dink wouldn't move fast enough.
yeah needed a slower computer (read that here somewhere hehe ) so put it on my old old 350 meg hd compaq - a whopping 8 meg of ram (increased to 16 ho ho ho!) one run thru and i did that bit once
yeah needed a slower computer
I think this problem was also fixed in Freedink, so you should be able to finish it on a normal computer if you use that.
I did, anyway, and while my computer wasn't the fastest (certainly not for today's standards), it also wasn't terribly slow.
