No. Seth didn't finish that dmod. On the west side of the island is another cave you can enter (with a special item).

Can you hint me on how to get to/into this cave... I've been looking but all I found was I could turn into a duck and walk on water.

Punch the globes, sometimes when you punch them, they will make a funy noise. Punch the right sequence in order without messing up, and it will open up.

Ya, I think he may also need an arm or something from a robot too. It should say in the walkthrough in the "Dink solutions" page ( <-link on left bar)
