Flopper Bug? (slight spoiler)

Real quick-Hi all I'm new. Love Dink and all the DMODs. FOT is pretty good so far. I seemed to have found a bug though in this newest version. (5.1?)
-Flopper the fish can still be "cast" even if you decide to give him back to his original owner. Not a problem until I used him to kill the forest monster that kills Trevor. The game still stayed in screen lock mode so I had to reload.
...........Guess that's what I get for trying to sell my fish and cast it too?

Hmm... I'm sorry about that, I've never seen that bug.
