Eyeball Jr. is a new enemy. He is the son of Eyeball. His graphics are subtley different. The "viens" move in a different pattern. Plus he has an attack.
You can not easily just shrink Eyeball Sr. to get Eyeball Jr. Try it and see what happens to the shadow.
As for demonstrating how it works. Cut and paste it in a dmod and see for yourself. I'd rather not make you download a test dmod to do something that any author can do. I have made a test dmod - I use it for most of my new graphics. No point releasing it.
