I found this utility pretty useful when making Stone of Balance. I liked the way you could launch your dink.ini editor and the help file, but in the end I end up back with notepad and just alt-tabing between that and front end.
I do like the summary it displays of the .c files if you've bothered to put in the //summmary title at the head of each .c file. Very handy when coming back to an old DMOD.
Toggling between DMODs would be a nice option as would having it launch graphic editing and sound editing programs.
